This ten minute short film may have caught my attention due to its extraordinary pedigree (it is written by LOST’s Damon Lindelof) and cast of well known names — including a cameo by Thor himself, Chris Hemsworth! — but Skot Bright’s simple little film charms on its own, with a simple and witty science fiction plot, very reminiscent of breezy 1980s family movies.
Plus, Rachel Nichols in a comedy German accent — what’s not to like?
