Take a good look at this lovely little short film from Ben Craig, aka ‘BC2010’, doing the rounds of many film and movie blogs (including this one!) and with good reason.
Firstly, it’s quite well made. Usually short films (especially those that go viral on the internet) suffer from either being slick and without any complete ideas, or good enough as stories but shoddily made. Modern Times is both short, sweet, succinct, and tells a simple and elegant science fiction story.
It’s also about movies… but I’ll let you find out exactly why by watching.
